Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere USPS delivers.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please note this does not include actual transit time for your order to be delivered. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
All orders are given a tracking number via email.
How much is shipping?
You will be allowed to view shipping cost, at checkout, before submitting your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. We will not accept returns resulting from a recipient's refusal to pay any of these fees. We are not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
Return Policy:
Returns on items are offered only if incorrect items are shipped. Contact us before returning any items or your return may not be processed.

Due to the limited availability of our products, exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Contact us before returning any items or your exchange may not be processed.
Pre-Order Policy
Depending on the volume of orders, and your place in line, please be aware that delivery of our pre-order items could take up to 4 weeks. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship our pre-order items the moment they are available. Orders are filled first come first served.
Back Order Policy
Back Order items ship within a minimum 3 weeks.

-Packages must be returned prepaid.
